Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
A $150.00 pet deposit (refundable) and a $153.00 pet fee (non-refundable) is required. Monthly pet rent is $20.40 per month. Limit 2 pets per apartment.  The following is a list of current breed restrictions: Chows, Pit Bulls (Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, and all Wolf mixes.
